Villa Maier is a villa with pool for rent for exclusive vacations in Puglia, in the lush countryside of Manduria, among olive groves and expanses of Primitivo vineyards.
The villa with pool is equipped with all modern amenities: air conditioning, barbecue, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, heaters, iron and ironing board. Parking inside the property.

At
Villa Maier the pool area is the property`s pride and joy, with sun
loungers for the solarium, outdoor dining area, barbecue area and sofas
for relaxing: a true oasis where you can fully enjoy rejuvenating days
of well-being. If necessary, the pool can be heated.
The entrance
to the house is in an airy open space, overlooking the pool and striking
barrel vault with exposed stones, reminiscent of the typical
architecture of Puglia. Here there is the living area with open kitchen,
dining room and living room with sofas, including 1 double sofa.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. Both rooms are air conditioned.
The second shower room completes the house. The doors and windows of Villa Maier are protected by blinds and mosquito nets.

Villa
Maier is located in the countryside of Manduria, just 4 km from the
center of the beautiful Messapian town that offers numerous attractions
of tourist interest as well as all the main services.
The location
allows you to reach in a few minutes by car the beautiful beaches of
the Ionian coast of Taranto, in particular the resorts of San Pietro in
Bevagna and Campomarino di Maruggio.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 88 to pay upon arrival.
- There are external cameras turned off.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.

- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
