Lovely clean property, huge bedroom, central location. Bonus was parking permit included but done electronically by owner and even though I had been reassured we were covered for the day of check out we nearly got a parking ticket and the owner didn’t respond when messaged about it.

We did not stay. Were supposed to get checkin instructions the morning of. Did not get any. Attempted to contact host. No response. Stood outside property for two hours. Enlisted help of VRBO; they could not reach owner. They recommended cancelling with a refund. Did so and booked a hotel instead.

Nice place to stay. Bed was a bit small to sleep in. 10 minute walk to the railway station, Spinaker tower or some shops or places to eat. Kitchen with enough equipment, including microwave and toaster. Street was a bit noisy, but with windows closed you didn't realy hear it. So yes, adviceble!
