Less than a minute's walk from one of the most beautiful views of Bournemouth from West Cliff Garden.

The property is only 600 metres from Alum Chine Beach, 700 metres from Eastcliff Beach and 500 metres from Bournemouth International Centre. The property is located 7.9 km from Sandbanks, 10 km from Poole Harbour and 30 km from Monkey World. The property is 700 metres from the city centre and 600 metres from Westcliff Beach.

Also, easy access to bars and restaurants.

Please Note:

As part of our policy, we require a damage deposit of 120.00 GBP upon check-in. This deposit serves as a precaution to ensure that the property is well-maintained for all guests. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided the room is left tidy and no damages occur.
Check-in from 3 pm and Check out is at 10.00 am
The studio has a wet room
Private parking is exclusive for guests of The Kove. There is a limited number of spaces, first come first serve. Pay it on arrival using the RingGo app.
Travel cots are provided on request.
We accept one pet per room by arrangement and we charge 25 GBP per stay

Kingsley is the name of our founder's son, and the Kove itself is the name of the founder's daughter. A real family run business located in the most ideal location for a beach stay and to get the most of the award-winning beaches on your doorstep.

I enjoy travelling the world, seeing new sites and creating new memories. Through my travels I have collated various personal experiences from across the globe that make a great holiday. As a host I try to put these features in place to ensure your stay is as memorable as possible.
