Relax in unspoiled countryside, just 2 minutes from the beautiful beaches, in your own villa with a private outdoor pool. The house sleeps up to 6 people and would suit friends or families looking for an idyllic holiday retreat.

This contemporary villa encourages outdoor living, with a shaded veranda overlooking the pool. The veranda is furnished with a dining table, chairs and BBQ, for meals al fresco.

Large glass doors lead from the veranda into the spacious living area. The open-plan room has a large, glass-fronted fireplace, opposite a contemporary sofa and next to a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the sofa, there is a dining table and chairs. Next to this is the fitted corner kitchen. The open kitchen-diner is equipped with a cooker hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The terrace around the pool is equipped with sun loungers, where guests can relax after a refreshing dip. The extensive private garden, which is mainly well-tended lawns, is ideal for children.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a workspace and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Another airy bedroom, furnished with 2 single beds, another single bed which can be joined, and a wardrobe.

Location
Set on a hillside, above the beautiful Rasa estuary, the villa is in a wonderfully quiet location. The estuary is a popular sailing destination and is an excellent place for beginners. The surrounding area, between the house, Labin and Rabac is packed with things to do for an active holiday. Visitors can hire bicycles in Rabac (20 minutes); hike through stunning countryside; hire a speedboat; go horse riding or go scuba-diving.

If this is all too energetic then there are some lovely beaches close by. The nearest are Plaza Bilijina and Plaza Rupa - both just a 2-minute drive. On the eastern side of the peninsula, there are larger, sea-facing beaches, within a 25-minute drive from the house.

For self-catering, Labin’s daily market (15 minutes) is a treasure trove of the freshest local fish, vegetables and fruit. There is also a supermarket in the town, banks, pharmacies and all the amenities necessary for an easy holiday.

The ancient city of Pula (50 minutes) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to its stunning Roman amphitheatre is a must. There are many other Roman sites to explore, as well as the seafront and antique harbour.

Pula International Airport is just 40 minutes away.
