This studio is ideal for a medium or long stay in Madrid, with capacity for up to 3 people. It features two single beds on a lofted level and an individual sofa bed in a comfortable and functional space.

The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need during your stay, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. In the living area, there is also a TV, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.

The apartment is climate-controlled with a split air conditioning and heating system to ensure your comfort year-round. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided so you can travel light.

It is located just one minute on foot from the nearest metro stop, on a basement level (-1), and has been recently renovated to make the most of every corner and help you feel right at home.

It is a neighborhood with all kinds of services, supermarkets, bars... You’ll have everything you need to enjoy your stay in the area.

HOW TO GET THERE

The nearest metro station is Abrantes, just 125 metres away.

Plaza Elíptica transit stop is a 12-minute walk.

The closest garage is Garaje Parking, C. Julia Nebot, 4, about a 15-minute walk.

If arriving by car, you can park for free around the apartment. Check the Madrid City Council website for information on where to drive and park.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
