Vacation home Cagliari Poetto

Located a 5 min. drive from the beautiful Poetto beach where, in addition to soaking in the enchanting sea, all kinds of sports are available, from sailing to horseback riding. Close to stores and shopping centers, it is within walking distance of the famous Molentargius flamingo park. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, long living room adjacent to the eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower stall and washing machine, a small courtyard with hot shower and drinking fountain. Ideal as a home base. Kind guests are advised that the terrace will not be available until September 10, 2024.
I will be available for any needs and I speak English and French. I do not live in the area but there are more people in case you need help with anything.
The historic center of Quartu Sant'Elena has maintained the characteristics of Campidanese houses. You can walk to various stores and municipal market (200 meters). In the area there are 2 pharmacies and stores and various kinds. The house has bed linen and, upon request, towels. At 250 meters (Piazza IV Novembre) there is the bus terminal and you can reach the poetto beach or Cagliari city. It is ideal as a vacation base and with the car you can reach beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia and visit countries many famous as Villasimius (40 min) and Pula (45 min)
