The villa features an array of premium amenities designed for comfort and relaxation. All bedrooms are furnished with COCO-MAT natural mattresses and pillows. COCO-MAT is renowned for its handmade products crafted from naturally replenished materials such as cotton, seaweed, wool, and wood sourced from Greece and Europe.



As the final villa in our high-standard collection, Villa Fredegar boasts a unique interior design. On the second floor, you will find a charming and elegant loft equipped with a queen-size double bed. Its prime location offers convenient access to the main road of Pefkochori and proximity to the sparkling sea and some of Halkidiki's finest beach bars. Each room is fitted with SMART 4K TVs, ensuring an exceptional experience for both restful nights and movie viewings.



Villa Fredegar is the ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious retreat with easy access to Halkidiki's premier beaches. It also caters to adventure enthusiasts eager to explore crystal-clear waters through boat excursions or partake in thrilling water sports activities.



The villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two master bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and 43” 4K TVs. There is also a loft bedroom with a double bed, and a master bedroom with two single beds, an en suite bathroom, and a 43” 4K TV.



Additional features include a sea view, a private pool with a Jacuzzi, a private BBQ area with a heated barbecue zone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an alarm system, a safe box, and a fully equipped kitchen. For families, there are baby cradles and highchairs available upon request. The outdoor area includes a spacious pool deck with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a dedicated lounge and dining space. The villa also benefits from private parking, 24-hour security, and CCTV surveillance in public and parking areas.



There outdoor pool has heating for a supplement (on request) and also their are heaters in the BBQ area available for an additional fee.
