The historic building, originally a lace mill, sits within Nottinghams historic quarter-mile square area known as The Lace Market, located at the centre of Nottingham.
Situated just a short walk away from The Nottingham Creative Quarter and Hockley, you can find a whole host of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and creative spaces.
The apartment provides two double bedrooms, a large open-plan living area, and a kitchen area with built-in appliances including an oven, hob, and a fridge, freezer, microwave etc. A bathroom including a bath and shower. A hallway with a wall-mounted intercom system.
The Apartment is situated on the first floor of a three-story building.
All areas of the apartment are for guest use.
