The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with mountain views and a wardrobe for your belongings. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with three beds and a closet, perfect for up to three children or teenagers.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is spacious and functional, with ample storage space and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.
The large living room, with its chaise lounge sofa, invites you to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. You'll also enjoy family meals at the beautiful wooden dining table.
The modern bathroom boasts a rejuvenating shower and an elegant vanity.

We will request documentation from all guests to comply with traveler registration laws. The information required for all occupants includes full name, ID or passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality, and usual residential address. Minors must also be registered, even if they do not have an ID. To ensure a smooth arrival, you will need to complete a brief online arrival process before your stay where you will be asked for the necessary information to comply with traveler registration laws. It's quick, easy, and helps us prepare for your visit!
The tourist tax is a fee applied to stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia since November 2012. In Baqueira, it costs €1 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Minors under 17 are exempt from paying this tax. This tax is paid by credit card via a virtual POS terminal.
The apartment key will not be handed over until the traveler registration documentation and tourist tax payment are completed.
When booking the apartment, you must indicate the number of people occupying it, including children of any age. The number of beds available is specified in the reserved apartment type, and under no circumstances should the apartments be occupied above their capacity.
The building's reception will be available 24/7 during the winter season and from 8 AM to midnight in the summer season. In the quot;House Rules,quot; you will find very useful information about our rules, which will help avoid misunderstandings once the reservation is completed.

To access your apartment, you must have completed online check-in and paid the tourist tax.
Check-in time is from 17:00 onwards. On the day of arrival, once you have accessed the apartment, you have up to 12 hours to report any issues to reception; after this period, we assume everything is in order.
Check-out time is at 11:00. Failure to comply may result in additional charges for late check-out. Departures outside of the established hours without prior authorization may incur additional charges, up to an additional night's rate according to the prevailing tariff.
Please return the keys to the building reception. In the event of lost keys or damage to the lock, an additional charge will apply.
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €150.
Parties or events are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional guests beyond the maximum apartment capacity are not permitted.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
A supplement may be charged depending on the condition in which the apartment is left.
The property will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur due to the use of its occupants, nor for the loss or theft of valuables. The information in our listing is considered contractual except for typographical errors.
