Shower room with shower, basin and WC. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space features a woodburning stove and the property includes underfloor heating throughout. The amenities include; an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV & WiFi. Fuel, power and a starter pack of wood is included in the rental cost. There is off road parking for 2 cars and EV charging that is payable on site. There's a private garden and two well behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Lismore's history can be found throughout the island by visiting the numerous ruined structures from a 6th century monastery to two 13th century castles. The island becoming successful in lime quarrying in the 19th century with around 1000 inhabitants on Lismore, before seeing a steady decline with today's residents totalling around just 200 with a third recorded as Gaelic-speaking in 2001.
