Thank you for your 4 night visit, 4 star review and comments. We do our best to please all guests, and its unfortunate none of the 3 different pillow types in the unit was suitable to your personal needs (goose down, feather & synthetic down alternative). Whilst we do provide hotel size shampoos & conditioners for your arrival we do not supply bath soap. We will take it into consideration as a possible addition in future. Yes we do have a simple departure check out list for all units which is standard for most vacation rentals. Our apologies for the lack of dish tabs as this was an oversight by our team and we will ensure this kitchen item is not missed again. When you rang about the missing dish tab prior to departing, we did ask that you not worry about loading dishwasher as cleaners would restock them and sort dishes without worry. Thank you for the kind comments on the cleanliness quality of the unit and great location as we do appreciate it. Team POSHPADZ
