Liked that the apartment was on a pedestrian street. Needed information about key color coding before check in. Needed information on operation of en suite shower, how to empty coffee pod chamber. Lighting in dinning area and office area did not work. Other Lighting too bright. Needs dimmer or lesser bulbs. Foot pedal on trash can doesn't work. Only 2 tea bags in cannister. Coffee pods mostly espresso. More varieties would have been good. Apartment adequate but would not rent again nor stay in Soho next time.

Will absolutely return! The property is in a prime SoHo location with multiple underground lines within walking distance. While it is in the busy SoHo neighborhood, it’s on a quiet side street without much noise at night. Admittedly there was a stain on one of the comforters when we checked in and the trash can itself was dirty, but the communication with the host was super fast and they immediately relayed this information to their cleaning team. There were no trash bags when we checked in and after informing the host, they offered to refund us the cost of buying a box at the store (we didn’t take them up on the offer as a box was only a few pounds but we appreciated the offer!). Every time we contacted the host, they responded very quickly! We absolutely loved the property (especially the outdoor space) and check in was super smooth with absolutely no issues. All in all despite the few minor issues, we still LOVED this property and already said when we return for another London vacation we will be staying here again!

The property was very comfortable and in a great location. A few items, the washer-dryer takes forever to run a cycle. You should bring shower shoes if you use the downstairs all-in-one washroom.

Sweet Location in the Heart of Soho

Flat was nice. Kitchen is modern. Be sure you pick up the keys from the convenient store before making your way to the flay several blocks away. That way you don’t have to back track.

I would not choose to live anywhere else when I come back to London, The place was amazing with a beautiful patio. At times, the WiFi was spotty especially in the downstairs bedrooms. In the bedrooms, it became very hot with limited airflow. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. The washer and dryer was an asset that made life easy. The central location to London and multiple underground stations made transit easy. Overall it was an enjoyable and convenient experience.

Great Location/Quirky Layout

A great location for doing all that most visitors would plan to do in London. Right in the middle of vibrant Soho but on quiet street. Close to most major museums and West End theatres and within easy walking distance of tube stops and bus routes to any part of London. The property is spacious and well furnished but a little tired. Properly described as being on two floors but the many steps are steep and awkward. Listed as two bathrooms but the shower in one (basically a wet room with tile floor) is not practical for everyday use. Property manager responded quickly to a plumbing issue we noted on check-in. Price was very reasonable for the size and location probably reflecting some of the challenges of the layout. So if steps are a problem, find somewhere else. If not, a great location for visiting London. Also, when booking, note the cancellation policy which is much stricter than most VRBO listings.
