Located literally on the beachfront, with direct access to the soft white sand through a private garden, this coastal refuge is perfect for families seeking tranquillity by the sea.

In a very quiet residential area with views of the Mediterranean, this 70m2 apartment offers the perfect balance between comfort and nature.

Additional notes:

Note 1. Final cleaning expenses are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from their obligation to care for the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where an extra bed is possible due to space, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.

Note 3. Property checkout is at 10:00. When possible to allow a later checkout, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 until 13:00 and 160 until 16:00.

Note 4. Property entry with our agency staff free until 22:00, 30 (22:00-00:00) or 50 (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid upon departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years old the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Happy last-minute holidays

We stayed there in October this year and had an excellent stay. The apartment's location is unbeatable, close to restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The service was very good and it was very clean.

Good value for money

The apartment is practically on the beach, the location is one of the best as it is close to everything you need. We came at the end of October and although the weather was still pleasant, it cooled down at night. The agency provided us with everything we needed and we were also able to turn on the heating, making our stay comfortable. We definitely recommend this apartment. .

Great location

Our stay was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, allowing for stunning sunrises and easy access to the sandy shores. The service from the company was exceptional, with a high level of attention to detail and responsiveness, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the apartment was cozy, I did notice that some of the interiors are starting to show signs of wear. Additionally, the barking from neighboring dogs was a bit distracting at times. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend Beachfront Sunrisas for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. In den Kleiderschränken ist viel Platz. Gute Matratzen. Betreuung durch Joan sehr gut. Danke Joan! Rechts neben dem Haus auf der Terrasse könnte wieder mal aufgeräumt und geputzt werden.

Schöne Lage mit Abstrichen in der Ausstattung

Das Appartement liegt sehr schön, ist aber leider sehr hellhörig. Die Möblierung ist sehr einfach und auch abgewohnt. Die fleckigen Sitzmöbel sind mit teils unsauberen Decken/Laken abgedeckt. Die Verkabelung der TV-Anlage ist abenteuerlich und sehr präsent. Im Badezimmer ist zu bemängeln, dass die Duschköpfe angerostet sind und die Duschwanne/-abtrennung Schimmel angesetzt hat. In dem innenliegenden Badezimmer kam es hin und wieder zu muffigen Geruch. Abschließend ist festzuhalten, dass hier Preis/Leistung absolut nicht stimmt.

Overall we had a great stay! Apartment is located in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Our 2 year old had a great time being able to run out of the gate directly on to the beach. It is a little way from the main area of port d'alcudia but a lovely walk along the beach. We also managed a walk (45mins with a buggy) into the old town, so most things are in reach. The apartment has recently been redecorated and was clean and tidy for our arrival. Communication was great throughout. Pere was really helpful when we arrived early, arranging to meet us and get us checked in ahead of schedule. He also helped by telling us nearby amenities and offered recommendations for places to eat out. We were slightly surprised by the lack of some simple things like handwash, dish soap or a cloth for washing up. This was a very minor issue though. We were also a little shocked when our 2 year old found all of the sharp knives in an easy to reach draw in the living area. We moved these to the kitchen counter and I would recommend they stay there if the apartment is being advertised as being good for families with small children. Overall these were small issues which would be easily rectified and didn't detract from what was a great holiday had in this property.

SCHÖNE WOHNUNG IN EINER IDEALEN LAGE

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Lage direkt am Meer. Es war ein Privileg, nur ein paar Schritte zu gehen und am Strand zu sein. Mallorca Holiday Properties half bei allem, von vor Beginn der Ferien bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts. Ihr Service war hervorragend. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Good time in a difficult situation

It was wonderful to spend a week in front of the beach in December, opening the window and seeing the sun and the fantastic views of the sandy beach. We enjoy walking every day on the beach. The apartment is perfectly located and fully equipped, the wifi works very well. Many thanks to Joan for showing us the apartment and giving us some tips during the week to visit, restaurants ... We hope to come back in summer and enjoy swimming and water sports too.

Ideal Location

The location probably the best anyone can imagine: Directly at the beach, Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. This part of the beach is great as it's a bit less crowded than further north and sunnier than further south. The apartment needs some updates in the bathroom and the kitchen, but it was quite alright and clean. Size is ideal for a family of 4.

Really good apartment!!

We loved this apartment. It has direct access to the beach of Alcudia. There is neither traffic nor noise at night. The area is full of entertainment for children and routes for hiking. The coves are awesome, specially Coll Baix!!!. Juan, from Mallorca Holiday Properties, treated us very well. He advised very good restaurants and even managed the bike rental. They delivered 4 bikes and they picked them up the next day. A luxury!. We will be back next year for sure. Jane

Great apartment on the beach

My wife and I stayed here on our wedding anniversary. The apartment was as described. The beach is a stones throw away, and the apartment is also close to a major bus route so you can get out on day trips to Soller and Palma. If you like hiking there are some good hiking routes up to Talaia d'Alcúdia were you can get some stunning views.

The appartment is in front of the beach. The beach is beautiful, very good for kids and there is always a place on the beach even when its crowded. Its a family area. The appartment is very comfortable. Rooms are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook something and enjoy on the patio. A BBQ would have been awesome. The owner was very nice and recommended very good restaurants. He knows well the area and the island, he has been very helpful.

Fantastische ligging. Pal op het strand.

We werden keurig ontvangen door de eigenaar van het huisje. Het huisje heeft een ideale ligging. Vanaf de tuin konden we onze kinderen zien spelen op het strand. Het zit 2 km ten zuiden van de haven van Alcudia. Het water blijft heel lang ondiep. De zon komt op aan de tuin kant. Einde van de dag schijnt de zon dus aan de andere kant van het huis waar je geen leef ruimte hebt. Maar das een mooie reden om een avondwandeling te maken. Het huisje zelf heeft een aantal pluspunten, maar ook minpunten. Plus: 2 slaapkamerskamers zijn geheel te verduisteren. Tv. Airco met verwarm stand. Aparte keuken. Uiteraard de ligging. Tuinmeubelen. 4 ligbedden en 2 luxe strandstoelen. Mogelijkheid om auto in de schaduw te parkeren voor de voordeur. Wasmachine. Ik hoefde thuis geen was meer te draaien. Min: lakens met dekens (dekbedden had ik fijner gevonden). Ik voelde hier en daar een veer prikken door het matras. 1 kookpannetje (kleinste formaat). 2 kookpitten (inductie). Geen vaatwasser. Badkamer gedateerd. Boiler, waardoor je niet met zijn vieren achter elkaar kan douchen met warm water. Al met al een heerlijk huis waar wij een heerlijke vakantie hebben gehad. Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd, omdat het voor onze kleine kinderen (4 en 5 jaar) lastig was om 2 km te lopen. Grote supermarkt is op 5 min lopen. Het was fijner als er 1 om de hoek zat voor het ontbijt.
