It features two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom with a sauna. A rooftop terrace and panoramic windows offer breathtaking forest views, making it an ideal retreat for families with kids aged 12 and up. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas
