"Dama" is a 3-room maisonette of 70 m2 spread across 2 levels, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort and style. The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a well-balanced layout for couples or small families seeking a relaxing holiday rental experience.

On the main level, you will find a bright and welcoming living and dining area furnished with a dining table and equipped with a flat screen digital TV and both air conditioning and forced-air heating for year-round comfort. This space opens directly onto one of the 2 private terraces, where you can enjoy views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, making it ideal for preparing meals while remaining part of the social space. A boiler with a 75-litre capacity ensures a reliable hot water supply throughout your stay.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan and direct access to a terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a fan and its own exit to a terrace. The 2 bathrooms consist of one unit with a bath, bidet and WC, and a second unit with a shower and WC, both finished to a practical and comfortable standard.

The kitchen is thoroughly equipped to support self-catering stays, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a freezer and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. The living area benefits from air conditioning to keep the space cool during warmer months, while forced-air heating ensures warmth during cooler periods. A television with a flat screen is available in the living room, offering entertainment throughout your stay, with channels available in ES only.
