The property features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a flat screen television and opens directly onto a spacious terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and is designed for practical everyday use. The first bedroom on this level features 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with WC and a separate shower or bath facility.

On the upper floor, the layout continues with 3 additional bedrooms. A large room offers 3 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A further bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
