The living and dining room is a welcoming communal space equipped with a cable television and air conditioning, and it opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 12 m2, which also features a hot tub and terrace furniture, making it an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor dining. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a fan for additional ventilation. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also complemented by a fan. The open kitchen is a fully equipped space with air conditioning and direct access to a balcony of 6 m2. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC, with a separate additional WC also available within the apartment.
