On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining room centered around an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative focal point. This level also includes a room with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dedicated playroom ideal for younger guests, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and a pizza oven, all complemented by a dining table. Direct access to the garden and terrace is available from this floor, along with a shower and WC.

On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, 2 bedrooms are available, each featuring sloping ceilings and panoramic windows.
