The first 3 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, and each room is equipped with its own shower and WC as well as a fan for ventilation, with direct access to the terrace. The fourth bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and a fan. A dedicated shower and WC serves as the fourth bathroom, complementing the overall bathroom configuration of the property. The fully equipped kitchen includes 1 hot plate, an oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. The apartment opens onto a magnificent 40 m2 terrace that is partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and 20 deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea.
