Manon thank-you for your review. We are pleased you had a good holiday and enjoyed the chalet. Unfortunately there was a problem with the Chalet Manager, incorrectly booking your stay for the following month, and I am sorry the chalet was not prepared to the high standard we expect, ahead of your arrival. I have provided a full refund for the cleaning and linen costs. I would recommend always contacting me during your stay, as soon as you have a problem, so we can resolve any issues immediately for you, rather than post stay. We would love to host you again, and thanks for your feedback :)
