The apartment is in a great location, near the beach and restaurants. We had issues with our water not heating up-it would take up to 15 minutes to warm up, so we ended up taking cold showers most of the time. My biggest complaint is the check-in procedure; we traveled from the States, and we did not receive the check-in information until 2 hours prior. When we arrived in Spain, we did not have Wi-Fi and couldn't access the directions, nor did we have the knowledge that we would have to go and retrieve the key to the apartment from a different part of town.This should have been communicated to us at the time of booking the apartment because it absolutely would have made a difference. We did not have transportation, and we had just traveled over 18 hours with a small child-this was very unfortunate and disappointing for us. We also tried to contact the management about the check-out procedure and did not hear back from them at all.
