This stunning traditional detached villa is perfect for families and golf enthusiasts. It features a private pool with ample space for sun loungers, a BBQ area, and an extra-large outdoor dining table. The paved open space is ideal for bat and ball games, and there’s an astro turf lawn.
The villa includes a private driveway with stairs leading to the main grounds. The front entrance has a covered porch with a table and chairs. Inside, the front door opens directly into the lounge and dining area, which includes a kitchen equipped with all the usual amenities. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a TV with a large selection of channels. All rooms are air-conditioned (both hot and cold).
Bedrooms:
• Master Bedroom (Upstairs): En-suite bath/shower room, built-in wardrobe with security safe, and balcony access with a table and chairs overlooking the pool and distant sea views—perfect for morning breakfast or evening Prosecco.
• Two Additional Bedrooms (Downstairs): One standard twin room and one guest bed twin room. (one bed will store underneath the other giving more space in the room when single occupancy). There’s also a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 8 (two guests without a designated bedroom).
Location:
• Just a 2-minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store. In summer, enjoy occasional live entertainment and a children’s games area with trampolines.
• The local bus and taxi service are conveniently located just outside the Plaza.
• Villamartin Golf Course is a one-minute walk away, with several other golf courses within a 10-15 minute drive.
• La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall is a 5-minute car journey (or a 35-minute walk) away, and La Zenia Beach is also just a few minutes by car (or both accessible by local bus).

• Most local beaches offer beach bars, pedalos, and water sports activities.
• Nearby activities include go-karting, horse riding, bowling, and cinema.
• Several local street markets, with the closest being Playa Flamenca on Saturdays.
• Torrevieja is only a 15-minute drive away, featuring a beautiful seafront and marina with boat trips and a daily evening street market.
