気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Terrible experience with the host. Withheld and didn’t refund the initial deposit for no reason even when it was proven (and also agreed by Vrbo) that none of the deposit holding conditions had been violated. Quite unethical, unprofessional, disrespectful and untrustworthy host! Had to rate 1 star as no option for a ZERO or negative rating!!!Very average property wrongly marketed as a ‘premium accommodation’ - right from the poorly kept initial approach, shabby & dirty common areas & stairs, poor quality & cheap fittings (leaking taps, hot water in bathrooms stopping randomly etc), mismanaged parking spaces (our parking space was occupied by other cars on may days and host response was for us to use another unused parking space).The host also encouraged us to bypass Vrbo and go for a direct booking. Thankfully we didn’t entertain their suggestion as in hindsight (and benefitting from the experience of their totally unprofessional behaviour later) we aren’t sure how it would have worked out without the Vrbo protection.Strong recommendation to avoid the property at any cost as the host cannot be trusted and hence not a reliable option at all!
