ACCOMMODATION



Entrance level:

Enter Villa San Diego to find a spacious and bright hall. To the left, are stairs that lead to both the upper level and the lower level of the property.

Past the stairs on the left, you’ll find a large, open kitchen featuring a cooking island and a dining table, perfect for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and modern appliances. This area seamlessly connects to the outside dining terrace and pool area, making it an ideal spot for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.



Straight ahead of the entrance, there is a large sitting room. This comfortable living space has French doors that open onto the terrace, pool, and garden, offering beautiful sea views and plenty of natural light. Colourful and modern furniture gives it a vibrant and contemporary feel, and there is a TV for entertainment and a fireplace for cosy out of season evenings.



Immediately to the right of the front door, a hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. At the end of this hallway is a twin bedroom that offers views of the sea, scenic mountains and surrounding landscape.



Upper level 1:

The first floor of Villa San Diego features a terrace that runs along its entire length and can be accessed through the bedrooms and by stairs from the garden. In the hall, a mezzanine overlooks the lower level.



At the top of the stairs, there is a master ensuite to your left. This room features doors to the terrace, a gas fireplace, air conditioning and a beautiful walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a hot tub, a walk-in shower and a toilet.



Next to the master is a double sofa bed ensuite with access to the terrace. It also has its own wardrobe and air conditioning.



Turn right from the stairs to find a twin bedroom. This room also has access to the terrace and has a wardrobe and air conditioning. A bathroom with a bath/shower, sink, and toilet is located nearby.



At the end of the hallway is another twin bedroom with access to the terrace, with a wardrobe and air conditioning.



Basement:



The basement of Villa San Diego is also accessible through the garage and offers a versatile space designed for utility, leisure and entertainment.



The focal point of the basement is a large entertainment room featuring a projector, TV, large sofa and a bar. This is the ideal setting for gatherings and relaxation. Adjacent to this entertainment area is a generously sized gym with a padded floor, a treadmill, a multi-use exercise machine, and a massive collection of dumbbells.



From the entertainment room, you can access a cosy bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, small desk, and a ceiling fan. This room has a small ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.

The expansive outdoor space at Villa San Diego has incredible views of the sea and surrounding hills. The upper terrace runs the length of the house and is complete with comfortable seating arrangements, including a covered area for shade.



The upper terrace creates a shaded patio area to the garden below, which is the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal at the large dining table. The lower patio also has a chill-out area overlooking the pool and with spectacular views.The beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool is fenced off for added safety and is surrounded by lush artificial grass adorned with six sun loungers.



The garden wraps around the front of the property where, in addition to the garage, you will find extra parking.
