Impressed

Although the property is off the beaten path, we were met by the owner bearing a delicious meal to welcome us. The property is clean, bright, well stocked utensils and necessities. We found the property comfortable and pleasant.

Lace Curtain Loop #3

This was a perfect small term rental for our family of three. It's about 20 minutes from Aiken and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We have two dogs and while the property isn't fully fenced in, it worked very well for us. The unit has everything you need and the property manager was wonderful. If I had to say any negatives about our time there it would be that the Internet is not reliable or very good even when it did work so if you need reliable internet, you'll want to make other plans like having a hot spot. Overall I would highly recommend to any small family.

I had best experience renting from Bill and Ute Ryans' darling cottage in Windsor. A bit out if way but worth it!

Country Living

The property has a park like setting in the pines, fenced, private, and in the country surrounded by forest and fields. On sand back roads, the place is quiet, away from traffic and city noise. The owners were wonderfully accommodating and the house beautifully decorated. It's a luxury stay, bathtub is the best. Good beds, fine linen, new modern appliances, 1st class.

After 7 years in the U.S. Army and meeting Ute in Germany in 1965 and a tour in Viet Nam in 1967, we settled in Green Bay in 1969 and raised our three children. My working career was in Trucking Management for companies in Green Bay. Ute and I moved to Windsor, SC. in 2005 with the intention of retiring.

After trying retirement for a few years, our interests drifted back to doing something more meaningful. In 2012, we purchased some land adjacent to our rural homestead and began developing Windsor Court. We built this house and several more like it and plan to build more. The vacation home we offer on VRBO is one of the homes we built and are building for short term and long term rental. This property is rural and private with luxurious accommodations. We're located eight miles from Aiken State Park which offers various outdoor activities. We're located 15 miles east of Aiken, SC., 35 miles from Augusta, Ga., 50 miles from Columbia, SC., 115 miles from Charleston, SC., 130 miles from Savannah, Ga., 150 miles from Charlotte, NC., and 175 miles from Atlanta, Ga.

Plenty of room for parking, biking and even riding. The rural setting offers miles and miles of dirt roads and trails. Several of our neighbors offer accommodations for the care and boarding of horses.
