Villa Arezzo

Villa Arezzo is a fabulous 6 bedroom eco-friendly villa in Tuscany, sleeping up to 16 guests. With its own private pool, spa and gym, it provides guests with opportunity to experience a stay in a luxury villa in Italy. It is also an incredibly eco friendly property due to its use of the latest green technology.



The Space:

Accommodation in Villa Arezzo is split over a main villa and a separate suite.



The main villa has three floors. On the ground floor, guests enter either into a large dining area with fully equipped kitchen or into the spacious living room. This is furnished with comfortable sofas arranged around a focal fireplace. There is also a bathroom on this floor.



There are five double bedrooms on the first floor of Villa Arezzo. Each has an ensuite bathroom and all enjoy views over the surrounding parkland. It is possible to add an additional single bed to two of these bedrooms.



On the lower floor of Villa Arezzo, guests will find a second fully equipped kitchen along with a large area perfect for events, cookery classes and demonstrations. There is a large living area here too with a billiards table and a bathroom. Vaulted ceilings on this floor add real character and charm. There is a superb wine cellar here too, which boasts an impressive selection of wines.



Accommodation in the separate suite is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living area (with sofa bed) and a kitchen whilst on the first floor, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. This space can work brilliantly for grandparents who perhaps want a bit of peace and quiet away from everyone else. It can work equally well for a couple or small family, or even for a nanny.



Outside, the property is set in extensive gardens and parkland. There is a BBQ area and pizza oven. Al fresco dining is arranged under a gazebo, where guests can sit in the shade on a long table to enjoy the company of friends and family. Outside speakers ensure guests can listen to music wherever they are.



The private infinity swimming pool measures 12 x 4 metres. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.



There is also a magnificent private spa area at Villa Arezzo. This has a twin floor jacuzzi tub with aromatherapy function, a large sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation beds and 'emotional' shower. Please note that this is charged at 400 euros per day should guests wish to use it. A separate gym is enclosed within glass walls so that guests can be inspired by the nature around them whilst they exercise. At night this is cleverly lit with LED lighting. Sports lovers will also love the five-a-side football field and volleyball court.



Villa Arezzo has been officially awarded a Green Certificate due to its use of renewable energy sources.



Please note that local taxes are payable on arrival in cash. These cost 2.50 euros per person per night (for up to 7 nights).

Villa Arezzo is perfectly placed to reach Arezzo (25 km), Montalcino (50km), Montepulciano (27 km), Florence (100 km), Siena (57 km), Cortona and other Tuscan towns and villages. The nearest shops and restaurants are at Foiano della Chiana which is 6km away.
