Located just five minutes from Porto Cristo and 15 minutes from Manacor, the villa offers convenient access to the region’s exquisite restaurants, shops, and stunning beaches, making it the perfect retreat for families, groups, or those seeking a tranquil escape.



The estate spans an impressive 40,000 m² of sun-drenched land, with direct sea views of Porto Cristo. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, featuring lush lawns, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, fruit trees, and evergreen bushes. The expansive outdoor area includes a large private pool (12m x 6m), which can be heated during cooler months for an additional cost, and three dedicated yoga areas for relaxation. A putting and chipping green is also available at no extra charge, perfect for golf enthusiasts.



Inside, Villa Ogden offers eight spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring large beds, modern TV and hi-fi systems, and well-appointed bathrooms with double sinks and glass-enclosed showers. The master suite stands out with its super king-size bed, private terrace, and en-suite bathroom, which includes both a walk-in shower and a corner bath.



The villa’s living areas are equally impressive, offering generous space for socializing or relaxing. The living room is a picture of refined simplicity, centered around a large oak dining table ideal for gatherings. A well-stocked library with classic furnishings provides a quiet spot to enjoy a book. Villa Ogden strikes the perfect balance between spaces for communal enjoyment and peaceful retreats, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay for all guests.



Additional Costs and Fees:



A refundable deposit of €5,000 is required, payable at least four weeks before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure, with any damages deducted as necessary. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €60 per day, which includes the pre-heating period (24 to 96 hours depending on outdoor conditions and the desired water temperature). A late check-in fee of €80 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00. For events, an event fee ranging from €1,500 to €5,000 will be charged, depending on the number of guests and duration of the event. Additional costs may be incurred for extra facilities, such as toilets. The maximum number of additional guests is 50. Pets are allowed upon request, with an extra cleaning charge of €150.



Additional services can be arranged for an extra fee, including:

Private chef: Price on request.

Breakfast service: €35 per hour.

Daily cleaning: €280 per day (8 hours).

Shopping service: €200 for 3 hours, with pre-stocking available upon request.

Guests can enjoy a private heated pool (additional surcharge), extensive terraces, a BBQ area, outdoor chill-out spaces, and a dining area, all complemented by an outdoor sound system.
