Villa Stella - Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View (Marilena)

Villa Stella is located in quite little place Splitska on the island of Brač.

Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available so that you can explore the place a bit more before departure.

Private parking is possible on site, reservation is not needed. Parking is narrow and long and suitable for regular size cars only, one car per apartment is possible.

The host speaks Croatian and German. Guests have access to shared facilities including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A shared courtyard and barbecue area are also available for use.

A final cleaning fee of €50 applies per stay.

This bright two bedroom apartment with and a balcony with sea view is a perfect fit for up to five persons.
It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. Kitchenette is fully equipped and comes with combined dining and seating area.

Guests will have access to ironing facilities and washing machine in common laundry room. Shared freezer is available in the basement.

Property location is ideal, because everything you will need for great vacation is within walking distance. The nearest beach is only 100 m away, while famous beach Bol is 30 km away. Closest grocery store can be found within 300 m and bus station is 1 km away from the property.

Ferry port in Supetar is 5 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
