Apartments Nikolina area located in Split, one of the most beautiful cities on Dalmatian coast rich with history and culture.

Property consists of four air-conditioned units each with furnished terrace and sea view. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out.

Baby cot is available on request without additional charge.

Please note ***Tourist tax of 2 euros per person per stay is not included in the price.***

This comfort two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. It features living room with seating area, flat-screen smart tv and air conditioning. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, water kettle, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, while bathroom comes with shower tub, spa bath and hair dryer. Washing machine and ironing facilities are at guests disposal. WiFi is free and available for guests. Lovely furnished terrace is also at guests disposal.

Apartments Nikolina are located in the city of Split, the second biggest city in Croatia and the biggest one on the Croatian coast. The city is famous for its great history and cultural heritage, its tradition, gastronomy, beaches and mild Mediterranean climate.

Due to the property's favorable location in a residential area of Split, everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached in a proximate distance. The nearest beach is 100 meters from the property. Grocery store, restaurant, post office, ATM can be found within 5 minutes of walk from the apartment. Nearest bus stop is 100 meters away.

Split Airport is located 22 km away from the property, while ferry port and main bus station are 3,4 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
