Apartments Villa Rose - Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View Terrace

Located on the Brač island, Apartments Villa Rose offers lovely self-catering accommodation just few minutes away from beautiful beaches in the delightful town of Sumartin. Property offers three air-conditioned accommodation units, each with a terrace and breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea. Shared BBQ facilities are also at guests' disposal. Free private parking is available, reservation is not needed. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out. Pets are not allowed. This Two-Bedroom apartment will provide you with a furnished terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with convertible sofa bed and a private bathroom. Kitchen comes with oven, stove, water kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher, while bathroom is fitted with shower and hairdryer. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on guests disposal. This two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. Apartments Villa Rose are located in Sumartin, on the Island of Brač. Sumartin is a quiet little place with beautiful beaches and it is ideal for those who enjoy the nature and long sunset walks. The accommodation is located 5 minutes away from two popular beaches, cafe bars, restaurants, grocery stores and ferry port. Apartments Villa Rose offers a peaceful and relaxing stay as it is not located in the center of town. If guest want to visit other parts of the island, such as the town of Bol and its famous Zlatni Rat beach, a bus stop is located by the ferry port. Brač Airport is 21 km away, while nearest Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the island of Brač with mainland and various Dalmatian islands, are 700 meters away. Bol is 27 km from Apartments Villa Rose. Old Town of Makarska is 14,5 kilometers away.
