This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine and a dryer are also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is in a prime location for exploring the city's top attractions. Just a short distance away are the iconic Serranos Towers and the stunning Metropolitan Cathedral–Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady of Valencia. Guests looking to relax and unwind can visit the nearby Las Arenas Balneario Resort for a luxurious spa experience. For dining and entertainment options, the popular restaurant and bar El Coso is within walking distance. With its central location and proximity to key landmarks, this property is the perfect choice for travellers wanting to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Valencia.

It is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from the Marítim - Serrería station and only 1.1 km from the València Cabanyal station. This prime location offers easy access to public transportation.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
