The area boasts extensive green spaces such as Skaryszewski Park and Kamionkowskie Błonia Elekcyjne, which are popular among sports and recreation enthusiasts. These parks offer numerous cycling and walking paths, jogging routes, and outdoor gyms. The neighborhood is full of shops (Żabka, Lewiatan, Biedronka, Carrefour Express), restaurants (Cafe Bar Libo, Olimp, Parivar, Bajeczne Bistro, Kafana Montenegro), cafes (U Krawca Cafe, Kawiarnia Waszyngton), the Kicia Kocia pub, service points, and the Rondo Wiatraczna shopping mall. The apartment’s location makes it easy to move around the city, with numerous bus and tram stops (Rondo Wiatraczna, Grenadierów, Kickiego) and a nearby train station (Warszawa Olszynka Grochowska). Thanks to this, guests can easily reach all the attractions that Warsaw has to offer.

Rondo Wiatraczna Deluxe Apartment features a stylishly decorated living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, two separate bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and two single beds, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free WiFi, cable TV, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils.
