DONT BOOK THIS FLAT

I booked this Apartment for my 1 Month stay in Phuket. I got the Confirmation 2 weeks before the Planned chek-in. The Flat got Cancelled 4 Hours (!!!) before planned chek in.I got the message of the cancelation when i arrived at the airport. It was send while i was in the Plane.All i got was a sry we can not accomodate you , 4 hours before chek in!!!So i stood there at the airport after 20 hours travel foreign country different continent, and with the uncertainty if i have to sleep at airport Since its high season and everything got booked.Payed a overpriced Hotel because i just wanted a place to sleep.All i got was a Sry and my Money back 2 days later.No compensation whatso ever my costs in the vacation was at least 1000 euro more than plannen due to the spontaneous cancelation.Worst travel experience ever my first week of vacation was just finding a hotel where i can stay long term and everday hours of chatting with the Customer Support. They seemed to Not see the problem with canceling a booked flat just 4 hours before chek in.. Also no help was offered on finding a stay for the night. I got my money back which was the LEAST they could do of course i get my money back since the Landlord canceled our contract 4 Hours before chek in.Never again Fewo-Direkt.

Dear Mr. Talo first of all I would like to sincerely apologize for what happened to you with this booking. As discussed via chat when you confirmed your booking with VrBO unfortunately we were not able to access to the app for almost one month due to technical issues and the system confirmed your booking automatically without our acknowledgement so in the meantime we had other bookings came through. Anyhow we made sure with VRBO that you were full refunded and they found another accommodation for you.
