Welcome to Holiday Resort Almissum, a stunning 11-bedroom luxury villa just 200 meters from the pristine sandy beach. Perfectly designed for families, friends, or corporate retreats, this exquisite villa accommodates up to 22 guests, featuring 11 spacious en-suite bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
Spread over four elegantly organized floors, Holiday Resort Almissum boasts four fully equipped kitchens, four inviting living rooms, and four terraces in front of the living area on each floor, allowing for effortless entertaining and relaxation.

- Outdoors: Step outside to discover your private oasis: a heated swimming pool measuring 12.5m x 4.5m, complete with hydro-massage and a saltwater electrolysis system for a gentle and refreshing swim, and a counter-current swimming program.
The outdoor area is a true paradise, featuring 18 sun deck chairs on a spacious sun deck, where you can soak up the sun or unwind in the shade with lounge chairs. The summer kitchen comes with a covered dining area that comfortably seats up to 22 people, perfect for al fresco meals under the stars, a toilet, and 2 covered showers. An additional sun deck area is positioned a few steps up from the pool area, covered with an artificial grass plot offering a lounge corner, relaxing chairs, and sun umbrellas. For some fun, there is a slide, a swing, and a table tennis, all positioned outside. Parking is secured for 8 cars and fully fenced.

Villa Almissum is a new property nestled in Duće only 200m from the most beautiful sandy beach Duće, with great sea views from upper floors, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, town Omiš, and other attractions.

- On-site laundry service ensuring your stay is as effortless as possible (included).

- Enjoy exclusive access to a reserved section of the sandy beach, complete with 22 deck chairs, allowing you to bask in the sun by the sea (additional payment).

- Opportunity to prepare a dinner for you (not included) and that is grilled fish/meat or a traditional dish named Peka, and this can be arranged with the host upon arrival or during your stay.

- Transfer service with new minivan Renault Trafic (not included) from-to airport or locally by request.

- a boat tour with Ranieri Cayman 26.0 Sport (8m long) for 10 people with possibility to get on/off at the beach in walking distance from villa (not-included)

0 - The ground floor offers a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen ( 37sqm), Bedroom NO1 (36sqm) with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a shower (11sqm), Bedroom NO2 (14sqm) with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower (7sqm). In front is a terrace (55sqm) with outdoor furniture overlooking the pool.
1 - The first floor offers a very stylish living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (49sqm). Bedroom NO3 (16 sqm) with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a shower (6sqm). Bedroom NO4 (16sqm) with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom NO5 (17sqm) with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom (6sqm) with shower. There is a terrace with outdoor furniture on the south (71sqm) and west (16sqm) overviewing the pool and the sea.
2 - The second floor offers a living/dining area of 40sqm with a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace in front with sea views and outdoor furniture (42sqm). Bedroom NO6 (13sqm) has a king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom (6sqm) with a shower. Bedroom NO7 (17sqm) with king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower (6sqm). Bedroom NO8 (15sqm) with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub (8sqm).
