Welcome to our spacious and stylish one bedroom apartment located on the Prestbury Road close to Cheltenham Town Centre.

Situated on the top or 2nd floor of a converted period villa, our home offers modern comforts and convenience.

Access to the apartment is via a communal door with stairs taking you up to the top floor where you'll find the front door to the apartment.

Inside there is an open plan kitchen/lounge /diner. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, and fridge freezer, as well as having a microwave, kettle and toaster.

There's a dining table for 4 nearby and a sofa which can be made up as a double sofa bed for groups of 3 or 4, or if requested for 2. Just off from the lounge there is a WC which also contains a washing machine.

The bedroom has a comfy Super king bed and a modern shower room.

Parking: The apartment block has a small first come, first served car park to the front and if this is full, you'll find free street parking in the local area.

A lovely flat with everything you need. Fantastic location and easy walk into the city centre.

Fantastic location and way walk into town. Beautifully furnished flat. We even had a little Christmas tree welcoming us which made the move out of our own home over Christmas comforting. Would recommend
