Fantastic weekend break in Colne for my partners birthday. The place couldn't have been more perfect - The sauna in the bedroom and large hot tub outside were fantastic additions - the place itself was huge and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable with USB ports and plug sockets built into the bedside tables, the sofa in the living room was also very comfortable and both the living room and bedroom had huge tvs to enjoy when the weather wasn't great in the evenings!The hosts very kindly (and at very late notice) arranged for some birthday balloons to be added as well as leaving a lovely basket of snacks for our arrival. Very private and quiet despite being just off a busy road, overlooking the trees to the rear. Whilst staying we visited two fantastic restaurants nearby (Eight by the Gazegill - around 20 minute drive) and Fabellos in Foulridge (Around 5-10 minute drive) - Colne itself is nice to have a wander around with plenty of places to stop for a drink and plenty of lovely places to go walking. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting - Thank you very much for having us!
