Great little casita in a really nice location. Convenient to restaurants, excellent coffee bar just around the corner. The host was very helpful. We would return.

Very clean, well stocked, comfortable, safe, great neighborhood. Excellent coffee a few steps away at Michael Thomas right near a yummy Colombian restaurant. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Great little casita, in a fantastic location. There were so many great little local restaurants and a coop grocery in walking distance and getting to the highways to go across town was just a few miles away. The property had a great little shady patio. Additionally, the host not only provided bath essentials like body wash and shampoo but left us a bottle of wine and local cheese. I highly recommend this property!

This is the best rental I've ever stayed at. Everything was thought of, from the yoga mat to q tips in the bathroom, from a potty seat for little ones to a sewing kit, from a bottle of wine cheese and crackers as a welcome to a secure place to park, from filtered water to free Netflix. Spotless too.

Perfect for a getaway in the Southwest. Casita is very nice and well equipped. It is just a few minutes walk from a nice area with plenty of restaurants, retail shops, and other entertainment options. Fun neighborhood.

Wonderful casita in Nob Hill.

We have stayed here three times. Each time has offered us a wonderful experience in a lovely, fully stocked casita. Walk to shops and restaurants. Peter and Terry are excellent hosts.

Great walk to town location

This is a great location to walk to our daughter’s soccer game at the University of New Mexico or to walk to the trendy Nob Hill restaurants. The size and layout really worked for our family. Thank you!

Great location!

Our 3night stay was enjoyable; the unit is close to route 66 restaurants and coffee shops. The owner is helpful and cordial... would stay here if we visit ABQ in the future.

Paradise in Nob Hill

The casita is the perfect place to stay when visiting Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. It has authentic character, lovely hosts in Peter and Terri, and is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. This is our third or fourth visit and we feel comfortably at home. There is a sitting area and barbecue to spend a pleasant time relaxing in the outdoors courtyard when it is sunny, and the interior is cosy and welcoming with a lovely fireplace to keep one toasty on those colder days. We love it!

We loved our stay at the Southwest Casita in Nob Hill. The property had everything we like including cleanliness, size, comfort, and location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here if we find ourselves back in Albuquerque.

3rd Time ~ Still a Charmer

Being third time repeat guests should speak for itself!! We ABSOLUTELY love this charming little casita!! It's history makes it all the more unique and special! The patio, surrounded by the lovely, private, courtyard is so wonderful to enjoy at all times of the day! The location is perfect for wandering down Highway 66 for a bite to eat or for jumping off to anywhere else in the city. It's hard to believe just how quiet and inviting this little neighborhood is!! And Peter and Terri are top notch folks that are kind and extremely easy to deal with!! We WILL be back!! :)

They thought of everything!

There was filtered water from the kitchen sink. A nice bottle of wine with snacks waiting for us. Lovely outdoor shaded area. Walking distance to really nice places to eat. Just right for us

Authentic and welcoming Nob Hill casita

This homely and welcoming casita is perfect for a visit to Albuquerque's Nob Hill district. It is cosy and comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated, and the hosts Peter and Terri are very responsive. It has an enclosed garden space for sitting outside and secure off-street parking, and is in walking distance of shops, restaurants and Central. This is our second visit and we would recommend it highly.

Convenient place to live

Well appointed and comfortable spot in Nob Hill, close to stores, restaurants, parks and the airport. Highly recommend staying here. Our host was accommodating and easily reached with questions and requests.
