Apartment Terrazze sullo Ionio is located on the upper floors of a semi-detached house, with shared driveway with the ground-floor vacation home.
External stairs lead to the second floor, where the house is developed.
The interior of the second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the attic floor where there are 2 panoramic terraces, kitchen and living room plus 1 full shower room.

Terrazze sullo Ionio is located in the residential area of Santa Caterina. The marina of Nardò is characterized by striking cliffs that are largely accessible, such as those overlooked by the Torre dell`Alto, symbol of the Portoselvaggio Natural Park, which can be reached on foot.
Santa Caterina also has two small sandy beaches, one of which has an equipped lido, numerous bars, a minimarket, newsstand, tobacconist`s, pizzerias and restaurants. The town of Nardò with its beautiful historic center can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
