A fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this level, complete with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Also on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom is available, served by a private bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, and offering its own access to the garden. On the upper floor, 2 further double bedrooms are available, each featuring panoramic windows with sweeping views. A large children's room, also with a panoramic window, provides 3 beds and a hand-basin, making it ideal for younger guests.
