Apartment is located in a gated community. Terrace with natural grass of 40 square meters and a swimming pool. Pool available until sunset. At a distance of 400 m, long and wide beach located on the Arabian Sea. On the beach there is a bar with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, additionally payable. Very quiet and peaceful location. On the estate there are several restaurants where you can buy meals. We offer and highly recommend bike rentals at OMR10/1h or OMR25/4h. With prior arrangement we can pick you up from the airport and arrange airport transfers. The price depends on the amount of luggage and the number of people. Ask.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In particular, bohour / Luban. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Activating the alarm will result in an administrative fine of OMR 500. Please respect this rule.
