ホストからの要望として、宿泊者はチェックアウトの前に以下を完了する必要があります :

使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく

Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Fantastic Villa for a Relaxing Getaway

We had such an amazing time at Villa Peace! The place is super spacious and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for unwinding. Villa Peace was the perfect choice for our group. The house is big, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Grundsätzlich ist es ein tolles Haus, das sich hervorragend für zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern eignet. Besonders die schönen Terrassen sowie der großzügige BBQ-Platz sind ein echtes Highlight und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen und Zusammensein.Leider mussten wir während unseres Aufenthalts zahlreiche technische und organisatorische Mängel feststellen:•Die Toreinfahrt funktionierte nur gelegentlich, sodass das Tor oft manuell geschlossen werden musste.•Das Poollicht war defekt und wurde erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen auf Dauerlicht gestellt.•Die Gartenbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht (laut Hausmeister war die Zeitschaltuhr defekt, ein Austausch erfolgte nicht während unseres Aufenthaltes).•Eine Lampe lag ungesichert im Rasen – eine potenzielle Gefahr für Kinder und Erwachsene.•Auf der Terrasse gab es Löcher im Pflaster.•Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere die Duschwände waren nicht gründlich gereinigt.•Viele Spinnweben an den Außenlampen, gerade auf der Terrasse.•Fliegengitter waren lose vor die Fenster gestellt, nicht richtig befestigt.•Warmwasser war kaum vorhanden, sehr wechselhaft und mit geringem Druck – besonders, wenn Wasch- oder Spülmaschine gleichzeitig liefen.Kommunikation mit AlgarveVacation war anfangs über WhatsApp sehr gut. Ab der Wochenmitte erhielten wir jedoch keinerlei Reaktionen mehr, offene Mängel wurden ignoriert und eine Nachfrage zur möglichen Entschädigung keine Reaktion. In Summe ist der Preis nicht gerechtfer
