"Watergate" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 73 m2 on the ground floor, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is elegantly furnished and features 2 sofabeds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a versatile space that comfortably extends the sleeping arrangements. Direct access from this room leads out to both the garden and the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor spaces. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers a generously sized French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both rooms benefiting from tasteful and stylish furnishings in keeping with the overall character of the property. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Outside, a terrace of 26 m2 and a garden of 40 m2 complete the layout, both offering views of the sea.
