A small gem completely renovated, consisting of an independent entrance with a small terrace, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two additional beds.
The Wi-Fi is fast, reliable, and free, covering the entire house.
There is reserved parking with the possibility of electric vehicle charging at an additional cost.
If needed, there is the option of heating with a pellet or wood stove.
The quiet village of Cadelmonte, at an altitude of 860 meters, is surrounded by forests but is just 10 minutes from Bobbio, named the most beautiful village in Italy in 2019, and from the wonderful landscapes of the Trebbia River, with its swimmable, crystal-clear waters. 9 km away is the summit of Monte Penice, with various trails for hiking or cycling, including the Vaccarezza Cliff, a rocky area on Mount Groppo, ideal for sport climbing.
This house is perfect for a romantic stay, a birthday gift, or an anniversary. There is a beautiful stove to enjoy the charm of the visible flame.
