Casas do Massapez has a specific daily rate for 2 guests, and an EXTRA DAILY RATE for extra guests (3rd guest, 4th guest, 5th guest and 6th guest).

During your stay, the number of guests allowed in the property, are the ones booked and mentioned by you in the reservation.

*City Hall Fee: 2€ per guest, per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the day of check-in.
*Please note that all bookings from October 2024 onwards will be subject to this fee.

*Please be aware that children between the ages of 2 and 12 are considered adults for billing purposes.
*When adding children to your reservation, their rates will be the same as those for adults.

Children aged 10 and older will be charged adult rates at this establishment.

We would also like to inform that it may be necessary for the technician to come to the property to check the swimming pool water quality, however we will inform you in advance.
