BUYER BEWAREThe description of the property was misleading, and omitted critical information, from the property listing. The front door to the apartment is on the ground floor, a few steps from the building main entrance. The window is adjacent to the sidewalk on the street. You hear everyone entering or leaving the building and the street noise. When the sofa bed is opened, the space available on both sides and to the front door is a only few inches. The studio is tiny, with little space to walk. The property description does not state the sofa bed is a thin mattress across a metal frame which is not level. It slopes to the center. Also, the property description does not state you have to pick up the keys at a different location prior to check in.I prepaid for 4 nights, and vacated 3 days early. I paid for other accommodations. I notified VRBO and requested a refund for 2 nights. Although I am their customer, I was told the decision is up to the owner eventhough the property description omitted this information. As of this positing, I have not received a refund.
