Flat located inside a historic villa in Casorate Sempione, just 10 minutes from Malpensa. It sleeps 4 and has a cosy living room with open kitchen, dining table, smart TV and sofa bed. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, while the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. All with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is also a communal laundry room and free parking outside the building.

Living Room and Kitchen:
The spacious living room is the heart of the flat, carefully furnished to offer a cosy and functional atmosphere. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two people, perfect for relaxing in front of the smart TV, which offers a wide selection of entertainment. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with quality appliances, including a hob, fridge and microwave. The dining table is ideal for four, perfect for intimate dinners or quick breakfasts.
Bedroom:
The bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity, furnished in an understated and elegant style. The double bed with high-quality mattress guarantees a rejuvenating rest. The furnishings, including large wardrobes and bedside tables, provide plenty of space for storing your personal belongings. The window overlooking the villa's garden allows in natural light, creating a bright and serene environment.
Bathroom:
The bathroom, which has been completely renovated, is equipped with a spacious shower with clear glass, washbasin with large mirror and toilet. Modern tiling and designer accessories contribute to a fresh and relaxing environment, where taking care of yourself becomes a pleasure.
Extra Services:
The flat is fully air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort in all seasons. Guests have access to a communal laundry room, complete with washing machine and dryer, located inside the villa. Free parking is available outside the property, making it easy and convenient to stay, especially for those arriving by car.
In accordance with Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security (TULPS), Italian law requires us to record the identity documents of all guests staying at our property. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees the utmost security and confidentiality of your data. We will send you a secure link prior to your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.
The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.
Before your arrival, I will ensure that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, in accordance with strict hygiene standards.
Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided for each guest, along with two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. Please also note that, as we are not a hotel, Italian law PROHIBITS us from providing guests with any type of food, even basic items such as oil, salt and pepper; and as we operate professionally, we are committed to complying with Italian law.
Please treat the flat and its furnishings with respect during your stay, as if they were your own. I am sure you will look after the flat with care.
Security deposit for any damage
To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.
The deposit is not an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.
If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
