The open kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table. A bathroom with a WC and a separate WC are also located on this level. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one room with two beds, another room with two beds, and a third room with one double bed. An additional separate WC is available on this floor.
