Spacious open plan living room and dining area. The separate kitchen contains a hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc.. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Second bedroom (3ft single bed) with a pull-out bed that can be set-up by prior arrangement (charges apply). Family bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink). Private garden to the rear of the property.

Parking - One allocated space on-site (no vans permitted on-site). Further parking can be found on-street on a first-come, first-served basis.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI. 50inch flatscreen TV with freeview in the lounge.

Kitchen - Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
