In addition, the home features three bathrooms—one of which is en suite with the master bedroom—a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware, and both small and large appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven… as well as a blender, coffee maker, and toaster…
The outdoor area, with over 1,000 square meters of garden, features a barbecue, a porch, and outdoor furniture.

Our town has all the necessary amenities, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a health center, and municipal swimming pools, all of which are located 300 meters from our accommodation.
In San Andrés, there are various parks and green spaces, as well as trails in the surrounding area to enjoy nature.
The town has public transportation with direct service to the city center every 25 minutes.
Its prime location allows you to explore both the city of León and the province’s main tourist attractions, such as the Valporquero Caves, the Valdevimbre wineries, the city of Astorga with its Gaudí palace, and even El Bierzo or the Picos de Europa.
