Heaton Park Spa House has been built with luxury and home comforts in mind and situated close to Manchester's city centre. It’s a welcome retreat for all that want to relax and let loose, featuring an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The property can sleep up to 20 guests across five bedrooms with 8 double beds, and four large sofa bed. It’s has a huge social living area and the house has plenty of space to socialise with your guests.

A highlight of Heaton Park Spa House is the large indoor heated swimming pool. It’s the perfect way to either start or end the day. For when your body is feeling a bit sore and stiff from activities, sight seeing, and bar hopping, the indoor hot tub awaits you to help you relax. Outside, there’s plenty of decking and seating for those summer BBQs and soaking up the sun in summer time.

Heaton Park Spa House has five deluxe bedrooms with 8 comfy double beds, and an additional 4 large sofa beds in the living room.

The huge open-plan living and dining area is the hub of the house and absolutely perfect for entertaining guests. There are 4 large sofas with a 50" Smart TV, and dining table to seat 12 guests.

This property is the perfect base for groups to gather and relax before heading into the glorious city of Manchester which is just a short 4 miles away which is easily reachable with the order of an Uber / taxi or bus.

Just behind the property is the beautiful Heaton Park where many large live events are held throughout the year. It also makes for a lovely walk or picnic during the nicer weather.

We want you to feel relaxed and in luxury whilst you're here. For that extra touch of luxe we can arrange for beauty treatments at the house, private catering and platters, cocktail making lessons and lots more.

Please do note that this property is not to be used as a party house and we ask that noise must be kept to a minimum.

There are 4 car parking spaces outside the house for guests to use. Within a 10 minute drive is a large Tesco Superstore.
